A lot of the way we see and feel about ourselves stems from what we think about ourselves. We’ve all had experiences along the way in life that shape how we view and think about the world and our place in it. Many of these thoughts help us navigate from day to day, but some thought habits we’ve picked up can be toxic to our emotional well-being. In this track, we’ll learn how to take a look at our automatic thought habits and change the ones that may be toxic to our self-confidence.
